Timber Frame Upper Floor Luxury Addition in Agia Marina, Chalkida

In Agia Marina, Chalkida, we completed a model energy-efficient two-story wooden addition over an existing old building using the Timber Frame method.

Based on the exceptional architectural design by Mr. Spyros Pappas, the project combines a gabled roof with an impressive veranda offering panoramic sea views.

Internally, the exposed white timber creates a bright, open-plan environment, while the lightweight Timber Frame structure ensured the structural safety of the addition and premium thermal shielding.
