• SetWood Wall Assemblies: Timber frame structure complete with comprehensive thermal insulation based on KENAK energy efficiency studies.

• Ventilated Roof Structure: Engineered glulam construction backed by a 25-year structural warranty.

• Premium Timber Elements: High-grade glulam timber beams (GL24 / GL28 / GL32).

• Intermediate Floor: Structural timber beams and sub-flooring engineered for full acoustic insulation.

• Timber Protection & Finishes: Treatment with specialized fungicidal agents and high-grade coatings for the roof structure, beams, and intermediate flooring.

• Architectural Openings & Doors: Energy-efficient exterior window and door frames (aluminum, PVC, or timber) fitted with insect screens and roller shutters, reinforced security entrance door, and interior doors.

• Finishes & Flooring: Interior and exterior coatings, premium floor coverings (ceramic tiles or laminate), and complete upper floor/loft ceiling lining.
